Simonmed Imaging - Nobody answers the phone

I have been trying for days and on hold for as long as 25 minutes just trying to cancel and reschedule an appointment they will likely bill me for a no-show but they never answer their phones. I am now looking for some place else to go

I had a MRI from Simon Med last year. My portion of the bill was $49.99, which I paid at time of service. About 10 months later I receive a letter from a collections agency telling me to pay up or else! NO information from Simon Med ever suggested the bill wasn't paid....
