terrible customer service people . I was transfered to 6 different people just to help me schedule an appointment.

One excuse after another.

They need more training as I will never fo back here. I never got my appointment and ended up getting it thru SMIL.dont go here

I was forced to pay upfront my diagnostic mammogram on January16. 2025I had to call three times for them to file the claim.

I paid $199.05. The insurance paid all but $101.42. When I called about a refund the system said to contact SimonMed.com and cut off. I called again & spoke to a clerk that I could barely understand & he said to call back in a month because of a posting error.

Why should I have to wait I found online another email address & sent the information but no response. I am owed $97.63 I want my money.
