Winter Park III LOCATION HORRIBLE!!!!!

Horrible practice experience at the Winter Park III location. Will never ever ever go there again. Checking in was the longest process ever.

I was greeted by Roman immediately after entering the premises. Then after only a few mins.

Jada called me to get my info. And collect my co-pay. She was very nice and professional with a sense of humor which I love. Margherita heard me talking and asked was I Ms.

Fountain because she recognized my voice from when she called me about the appt. Very nice lady. A few mins. Later Justin came and told me that he'll be taking me back.

Very professional, nice, and considerate. Lastly, Jared was my MRI tech. Very friendly, professional, and caring. He and Justin explained everything to me.

Because I'm in a wheelchair they assisted me in all my needs. I give this staff ten stars in customer service and professionalism.

I'll always go to this location. Thank you!

I wrote a check to this company on 8/30/2024. On 10/02/24 I called the customer service number on the invoice to see when my check was going to be cashed.

Each time I spoke with someone from another country that I could barely understand. I was eventually informed that I had a zero balance.

So I had them email me proof of that comment. And yet...here it is 10/07/24, and my check still has yet to clear my bank.

Their billing staff is in a call center! Very hard to hear or understand them!

They are unable to see our benefits, so cant help! I request a supervisor and they disconnect the call, multiple times on hold for over an hour waiting and disconnect me again! They ask for your number in case of disconnect but never call back! Ive been fighting an over charge since June and nothing has changed!

My blood pressure rising and I start shaking every time I have to interact with there people!

Im an RN work in a hospital, this companys billing needs help! Up Coding is FRAUD!
